[2puscan] Everytime I Look For You

Title: Everytime I Look For You
Fandom: Axis Powers Hetalia
Rating: PG 13 (language)
Pairing: Future 2P!US/Can
Word Count: 3107
Summary: The College Skater Punk AU. Just when Matt thinks he’s escaped any more dealings with that darned skater punk, it seems as though the universe tosses them right back together again. And this time, there’s no easy escape.

(Note: Viktor Braginski = 2P!Russia, Alan Kirkland = Scotland)

Just as quickly as Al bulldozed his way into Matthew’s life, he was gone.

Matt couldn’t tell if it had to do with his words, or general disinterest, or even if the red-head had found someone else to stalk, but Al Jones simply… disappeared. Not that Matt was complaining; far from it. At least he didn’t feel a need to keep peering over his shoulder any more. He made it through the rest of his sophomore year without seeing much of the other man, and the quiet summer spent with his family soon wiped the memories from his mind.

But like a bad card in the hand of an unlucky gambler, Al was bound to show up again.

[CanUK] Here’s A Fiver, So Step On It

Title: Here’s A Fiver, So Step On It
Fandom: Axis Powers Hetalia
Rating: PG-13 (drunkenness and language)
Pairing: CanUK
Word Count: 3972
Summary: AU oneshot.  On his way home from work one night, a detour through Toronto’s gay quarter leaves Matt Williams stuck in traffic and no closer to getting home.  Just as things start to look up, he finds himself the unwitting chauffeur for an incredibly drunk Englishman who seems to think his car is a taxi.  Why does stuff like this always seem to happen to him?

Matthew Williams had spent his entire life being told that he was too nice.

Maybe it was the by-product of his Canadian upbringing. Maybe it was due to the fact that he had an younger brother who so thoroughly hogged the limelight while they were growing up that he grew accustomed to being forgotten. Maybe he was just so used to trying to make everyone else happy that his existence blipped right off of their radar the moment his usefulness was over.

Hell, he knew it happened. He could be brutally honest with himself.

But whatever reason it might ultimately boil down to, being too nice was exactly why he was stuck driving through down-town Toronto with a strange man in the back seat of his car.

Would anybody be interested in a post-nuclear-apocalyptic series?

I’ve been bouncing the idea around in my head for the past couple of days (Thank you, Fallout), and I just might mess with it if folks are interested.  The focus would be Alfred, but the pairings have not yet been decided.  There would likely be some OCs as well, considering that a post-apocalyptic world would likely result in an upheaval of national boundaries, though I’d try to keep it minimum.

If something like that interests you, could you like/respond to this post?  And if you have a pairing that you might be interested in seeing, please feel free to let me know that too.  This is still a very fluid idea.

[Onesided UKUS] Recollections And Rum

Title: Recollections And Rum
Fandom: Axis Powers Hetalia
Rating: PG-13 (violence, language, character death)
Pairing: Onesided UKUS
Word Count: 1150
Summary: Prohibition Ghost AU (sequel to this).  It’s 1922, and Chicago is caught between the laws of Prohibition and the gangsters who try to circumvent the system. As an up-and-coming member of the North Side gang, Alfred F. Jones works as a bartender at an illegal speakeasy when he’s not trying to claw his way up from humble roots, but all of that comes to an end the night he notices an odd stranger at the bar. Why does it change? Because on that night, Alfred dies.

It’s a Friday night and I’m stuck behind the bar of the Emerald Door, just like I am every other week.

A speakeasy ain’t exactly the sort of employment for a fella looking to make a living on the level, but then I ain’t ever been too worried about that. Don’t let my name fool you- oh, and that’s Alfred F. Jones, in case you were wondering. No, my given name might be pretty plain, but my ma was fresh outta Dublin when she settled in Chicago, lifting her skirts for whoever would pay after she found out that America ain’t all dollars and daisies. The running joke is that she picked me and my brother’s names outta the paper, ‘good American names for her good American boys’ as she would always laugh and tell us. Whatever. I ain’t ashamed of my roots; the North Side of the Windy City ain’t pretty, and if you wanna survive there, you learn the ways of the street. My brother and me made the right sorts of friends and won the right sorts of fights, and it wasn’t long until we ended up running with O’Banion and his boys, making plenty of jack running hooch down outta Canada with the rest of his gang.

Continue please?

Will do!  I’ve already got a sequel in the plans, so you’ll see more of the boys sometime in the coming months.  Thanks for reading!

Just as a head’s up- Tumblr isn’t too fond of telling me when I have messages, so if you don’t see something you sent me answered, there’s a good chance that I either didn’t get it or haven’t realized it’s there.

Tumblr, you disappoint me.

Anonymous asked,

your snake AU is amazing! i hope to see it till its finished :)

*bows*  And thank you, dear anon, for reading!  There is still plenty to be written in that AU, so hopefully you won’t mind sticking around for a while.  Hopefully once I de-clutter my head from some other ideas I’ll be able to pick that one back up again.

smieska asked,

[USUK] A Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing

Title: A Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing

Fandom: Axis Powers Hetalia
Rating: PG-13 (language, violence)
Pairing: (Eventual) USUK
Word Count: 3178
Summary:  Werewolf AU. Alfred is a hunter, making his living travelling from village to village and protecting those who can’t protect themselves. It’s a great life, at least until his latest job involving a pack of thieving wolves and a strange shepherd turns everything he thought he knew on its head. Alfred just might have bitten off more than he can chew this time around… and he’s going to pay the price.

Prompt by red-hot-holly-berries.

There were plenty of jobs out there for a guy with a strong arm and a handful of wits, but most of them lacked one very important thing: adventure.

It’s a good thing that he’d found one of the few that didn’t.

Farming or shepherding like so many others just wasn’t for him; no, Alfred F. Jones had made himself into a hunter, and a damned good one at that. He travelled the reaches of the tiny kingdom of Britannia laying all sorts of creepy nonsense to rest and making a pretty penny off of it while he did. Alfred followed the rumours, wandering from village to village and making the sort of name for himself that pretty much guaranteed that he’d never go hungry or without someone to warm his bed.

Yeah, he had the life.

Hetalia 100-Theme Challenge

Okay, so I’ve got a 100-Theme Challenge that I’ll be working on as the mood strikes to help break up my writer’s block.  The full list is behind the cut, and I’ll post links to each finished piece as I remember to do it.  An ‘X’ means it’s done, and ellipses (‘…’) mean that it’s in progress.

Feel free to reblog and work on your own!
